While these are not the highest quality knives I've used, they for sure are the best knives i've used in my home kitchen. with a wide variety of full tang blades in beautiful dark wood handles, it's hard not to be impressed. I do have a small amount of trouble keeping them sharp but with the optional sharpener it's easy enough to sharpen after several uses. all in all I'm quite pleased with my purchase.
