(You must specify “The National Do Not Call List” or they’ll find a loophole to avoid compliance). They will fabricate any story to reach our director and are very misleading. They claimed we were eligible for “free credits” and “zero fees”. Essentially, they entice you with promises of free credits by switching to them, while charging a small percentage on every transaction instead of a monthly fee. However, they never disclose this directly. Their approach is filled with deceitful half-truths, and all hidden charges are revealed only at the signing stage, where they apply immense pressure. From employee reviews, it appears they operate a boiler room. Their high-pressure sales methods and fear-based management are evident. Whenever they call, the noise from their call center is overwhelming, with constant shouting aimed at staff. They seem to treat their employees as poorly as they do their customers. They have nearly 100 formal complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau and multiple lawsuits. The most concerning aspect is that they are not even based in the US as they claim on their website, but instead operate from three offices in Montreal, Canada. I’m skeptical about any potential savings with them, as everything they say feels too good to be true. AVOID THEM.
