Lovely item, great quality. Shipping is an issue- 24 Hr Tracked in fact equates to waiting a week. Customer service largely disinterested in dealing with the inevitable query as to where the order is.

The blouse I ordered came with a rip…

The blouse I ordered came with a rip across the body. I found it very difficult to figure out how I communicate this problem to customer service. I have returned the item not having any acknowledgement as to whether they have read that the item was damaged on receiving it. Poor customer service/communication. Still awaitng acknowledgement 5 days later.
