Stupid return service

Unacceptable to have so many issues with such a poor return service. It is already 1 week I am fighting to get correct shipping documents, in order to send back some clothes. Unacceptable.

Not what I expected

Delivery was good. However, only realised product had a 5 cm stain / mark on it after having cut the tag off and put it on. It wasn't easy to see upon first inspection due to the pleated nature of the fabric.

Good quality products

Good quality products - and I would say good customer service but... It's extra hard to find the way to contact them. However when I found it customer service itself is great but BUT again... Takes ages to follow through on communications. If that could be improved - 5 stars without a doubt.
