Poor user experience

Signed up for the newsletter to get the 10% discount. The email was delivered only hours after. Also, ended up choosing the wrong boot size, since there were no measurements available in the sizing chart. All in all, wasn't the best user experience. The products themselves looked quite nice and of good quality.

Returns not easy

Returning an item was not an easy procedure. You need to search the small print on how to return something. I couldn’t return it via DHL as they don’t print return labels , instead Post NL. I am happy however with the quality and price of the woollen jerseys.
