I visited the store to bring a customer for a phone purchase and was looking for a representative who previously assisted me. I was informed she no longer works there, which saddened me as she was incredibly helpful and patient. She taught me how to use my device and always assisted my friends as well. Although her co-worker did a good job, I miss her friendly support. I am lowering my rating due to this change.
