My experience with the service was very disappointing. The claim approval process was frustrating — I had to constantly struggle just to get a claim approved, which undermines the whole point of having a warranty. It was stressful, time-consuming, and incredibly aggravating. When I chose to cancel the service after just 4 months, things worsened. There was no refund for early cancellation, and I was hit with a $75 cancellation fee. I was very unhappy with how the cancellation was managed and the lack of consideration for customer satisfaction.
