THEY ARE LIARS! THEY asked me to replacement my order, because this one didn't come to me. I said more than a half of year passed by, so I decline this proposition. They said - ok, sorry but you got your order!!!

11th of July 2025 - till now
My order placed 11th of July 2025 for two pairs of glasses. At the begging, they promised delivery within two months, but then they encountered production difficulties. In the end, they only sent my order on 19 November, and by the 21st it was stuck somewhere in England, even though it was supposed to be delivered to France. It is now 20 February of the following year, and I still cannot get any news from them about my problem and possible solutions.
Although in this situation there is only one option: they are obliged to refund the money I paid!!!
