Ordered glasses just after Christmas, nothing online to state stock issues. Placed my order and had an email saying it was going to be 4-6 weeks for delivery. Had I know this I wouldn't have bothered. I kept the order in place and after receiving no updates I emailed a few times but didn't get a response. Ended up having to contact via a complaints form to get a response. After ordering on 29th December they were finally despatched on 9th Feb. Received the glasses the frames are okay but the lenses are thick, previously thinner lenses from boots are sleek and light but these are thick and heavy. I contacted the company to advise about the thickness and also requesting compensation for the delay but had an awful email saying as a gesture they'll give me 10% off my order next time (like I'm going to order from them again) and the glasses were thinned but even the small change in my prescription can cause the glasses to be so much thicker. My advice stick to the high street and pay the price. Avoid this company.
The glasses were actually brighter than the pair I got from a high street retailer, I am very pleased with them. A word of warning, though it isn't possible to get a pair of glasses for £6.00 as they charge £5.95 p&p. My answer was to buy 2 pairs as it's always good to have a spare pair.
Broke my £200 designer glasses and couldn't afford to replace them. Had seen the adverts, but was a bit hesitant, in the end I figured it was only £6 wasted if they were no good. I found a style very similar to the ones I was replacing, it was really easy to upload my prescription and place the order. They arrived within a week, quicker than the High Street! I am so pleased with them, they fit well, look great and the lenses are the same quality as the designer ones. I know where I'll be getting my glasses in future!!

Excellent choice of frames at reasonable prices, and the same goes for the lens options. I'm pleased with my new glasses and plan to use the service again in the future. The only drawback is the order processing time, which I've noticed is similar with most online glasses retailers. Patience is key, though the estimated delivery dates can be a bit optimistic.
I recently had an eye test and decided to try a new service. I chose frames that were suitable for varifocals, opting for thin metal ones. They arrived promptly, especially considering the time of year, but I was disappointed when I tried them on. When I tilted my head forward, they slipped down my nose and almost fell off. I noticed the arms were too short and didn't curve enough behind my ears, which likely caused them to slide forward when I nodded. Additionally, the arms were wider than my previous glasses, making them feel loose. Although they were reasonably priced at £87.00, I won't be returning as a customer. Very unsatisfied.
Outstanding experience from beginning to end! Fortunately, I live nearby, so I had my eye examination and vision check at the local shop. I opted for the vari-focals, and at a fraction of the cost compared to larger opticians, I picked up my glasses just 8 days later. A fitting check confirmed everything was perfect! I wouldn't go anywhere else! There's no need to! They offer a variety of frames, from very expensive to affordable options. I got a pair of good quality moderate frames and lenses for under £100. Fantastic value!
