Crazy long delivery time. Ordered the glasses on 5th of February and have been waiting since then. They ordered the lenses on the start of February but then they changed the date of order in the order status and suddenly they said they ordered on the 18th of February the lenses. I also don't understand why they need the glasses before ordering the lense which makes everything slower. When I said to the customer service that in the order status they changed the date of order of the lense (4th -> 18th) they denied saying is my fault because I haven't seen some glasses may take longer, I think more than one month at this point is not acceptable and if they made a mistake would have been better to let me know and maybe just say it happened and they're sorry rather than blaming me for not reading that my order is longer.
