I am extremely let down by my experience with the official site. It has been three weeks since I returned my order, and I still have not received my refund. Only after multiple emails was I informed that my return is now being 'inspected,' despite the clear policy stating refunds are processed within 14 days. This policy is not being honored. To make things worse, I had to pay €30 to send the return—this is the first time I've had to request a return myself and also cover such a high cost. Although I appreciate the products, I will only buy them in the future from reliable retailers. Please steer clear of the official site and purchase from other trustworthy stores.
