I am very let down by my experience with the official site. It's been three weeks since I returned my order, and I have yet to receive my refund. After numerous emails, I was only informed that my return is currently being 'inspected,' despite the company stating that refunds are processed within 14 days. This policy is clearly not being adhered to. Additionally, I had to cover €30 out of my own pocket to return the item—this is the first time I've encountered a brand that requires me to initiate a return and pay such a steep return fee upfront. While I appreciate the products, I will only buy them in the future through reliable retailers who demonstrate professionalism and trustworthiness. I recommend avoiding the official site and opting for other multibrand stores instead.

I had the best customer experience ever! Just two days after placing my order, I reached out to customer support via email to inquire about the dispatch schedule, as I needed the clothes for an event. The representative immediately took care of my request in the best way possible! She arranged free express shipping, and I received my order the next day. The brand truly respects its clients. The clothes were exceptional, as always, and the quality was top-notch. I've been purchasing from this brand since 2016 and absolutely love their items.
The order was delivered in just 2 days, and the quality is absolutely beautiful. Although it advised to size up online, I didn’t because I’m losing weight and planned to wear it in February; however, I found that the size 16 fits perfectly (my usual size).
The representative at customer services went above and beyond to help me hold onto a sale dress beyond the refund period so I could order and compare a dress from the new collection. I am truly grateful. It's rare to find a company so willing to accommodate a customer. Bravo!
