Very poor refund timeframe. They have your money in their bank for weeks. Other companies like mint velvet, asos with much bigger shipping and refunds than self portrait can manage returns within a weekI wont be using again. I wont be a 1000 out of pocket for their incompetence. Steer clear unless you live near a shop to accept refund directly
