I recently purchased a dress from Self Portrait online for a relative's wedding, expecting a high-quality product for the price. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I anticipated. Not only did I lose *five buttons* from the dress after just one wear, but I also learned that getting a replacement or refund was impossible because I was outside the 14-day refund window.Customer service initially offered to help, saying they’d try to source replacement buttons from the manufacturer in China. However, they were only able to find two, leaving me with a dress missing three buttons that are almost impossible to replace, given the unique design. I’m very disappointed both with the quality of the dress and the lack of flexibility in customer service, especially for a premium brand. I now have a dress that I can’t wear, and I’m left to hunt for matching buttons myself. I expected much better quality and service from Self Portrait and, unfortunately, will think twice before shopping here again.
