Having bought a dress, which I wore once and the sequins fell off, I unfortunately had to return it. Because this was ‘outside the normal window of returns’ apparently this would take a bit longer to process. The dress was successfully delivered to them A MONTH AGO. No update since then. Have contacted customer services (non-existent) a number of times and they just say I need to wait. REALLY?! - do not but ANYTHING on the assumption that just because it’s expensive that you get better service - you don’t
