As a loyal customer who has spent over €5,400 on 11 dresses within just six months, I’m very disappointed by the strict refusal to consider any exception to your 14-day return policy. I was travelling and couldn’t return an item within the timeframe, but the dress is unworn and in perfect condition. For a brand I trusted and repeatedly supported, I expected more flexibility and understanding.Rigid policies shouldn’t come at the cost of customer loyalty and satisfaction. I hope they will reconsider how they treat their valued customers going forward.In addition quality of the dress (buttons coming out easily) is not always there.Sandie
