I had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life with this brand. I bought a dress in-store for £180 — size S — which seemed to fit briefly in the fitting room. But when I tried it again at home, I couldn't even get it on. It was far too small. I then had to make a two-hour round trip back to the store, only to find out that all the dresses marked as size S fit completely differently. The sizing was totally inconsistent, which is unacceptable for such an expensive product.After finally picking what seemed like the correct fit, I brought it home — only to notice in natural daylight that the fabric was visibly damaged, both at the front and the back. For £180, I expected much better quality and proper checks. Instead, I received a faulty item and had to deal with all the inconvenience caused by their lack of quality control.It’s shocking that a premium brand can sell inconsistent sizes and damaged goods. I spent my time, money, and energy trying to fix a problem that was entirely their fault. Absolutely unacceptable.
