I bought a dress for £450 with express international shipping 3-5 days. After 8 days, it had not arrived and was showing as not delivered to the postal carrier by the sender. I sent numerous unanswered emails, and texts to their WhatsApp line. Eventually, they responded by email that the parcel had been returned to them by the postal carrier, and would I like a refund or “replacement.” I responded that I wanted the dress I ordered sent to me. No reply. I emailed again. They said “your parcel is lost in transit, would you like a replacement?” Funny, it was returned 2 days prior? I responded again “I want the dress I ordered sent to me.” 2 days later, “please see below, your parcel is lost in transit, would you like a replacement?” Lady, I’m not asking for the specific lost in transit actually returned to you Schrödinger dress, I’m asking for the same style. All throughout this I was texting their WhatsApp and being told “it’s under investigation, please wait 48hrs.” I even rang them internationally; no answer and no response to my voicemail. It’s now been more than 15 days, no dress, and customer service still saying “do you want a replacement” every time I say I want the dress I ordered. In the end I gave up and asked for a refund (which is yet to be paid). Which is when I came to look at the reviews and saw that so many people have had similar issues or parcels not sent and bad customer service. Are they a scam? I don’t know. Do they give weird scam vibes? 100%
