Worst delivery and customer service. Last year I ordered 3 dresses and for 2 of them they cancelled my order after making the payment as the products were no longer in stock and kept my money blocked for many days. Also, for Romania they do not have the express shipping option and UPS is horrible for normal deliveries, I ordered a dress some days ago and waited more than 2 weeks for a package to arrive, when the estimate delivery date was 2-5 working days. I do strongly recommend to look for their products on other websites which work better and have better partnerships with delivery companies, as the dresses are really nice. It s a pity that ordering from them directly is this bad.
