I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a dress in January, and as of today, February 25th, I have yet to receive it. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, including communication with UPS, I have not received any response to my emails or messages.I am requesting a full refund within the next 7 days. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to share my experience on all social media platforms to raise awareness.
