I had an issue with the delivery of the return of sale goods back to Self Portrait online ( for over 2 weeks). I called up and explained the issue over the phone- Guneet dealt with my issue very quickly and asked me to send through a proof of sent items via Royal Mail (she stayed on the phone whilst I sent the email) as soon as she received it, she was able to offer me a full refund for my returned items and I would not have to wait for them to check with Royal Mail or their warehouse team to see where the lost parcel was. ( Which I think many other companies would do and cause further delays to the refund). Very impressed with the level of customer service and accountability of keeping the inconvenience of the customer to a minimum - Will be buying again from them as reassured that my I won’t have any issues going forward with my purchase.
