I ordered 2 items during their sales period. One of the items was faulty so I sent it back—over 50 euros to return the defective item (sent through my country's national mail service as UPS would be more than double the cost). It's quite outrageous given the already high costs, they expect you to complete the returns yourself and pay for the high fees to ship from outside the UK. Why not include the fees in the price upfront? Other UK brands handle shipping and returns outside the UK in a better manner. Customer service is nonexistent and unresponsive nor do they seem aware of the actual status of the return when they do respond. I, fortunately, received a refund, but the overall returns process and lack of responsiveness have soured me off from the brand. The clothes are still priced too high even on sale-the quality does not match the price point.
