I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Self-Portrait, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction.Firstly, it took over three weeks to receive my dresses. This delay was unacceptable and completely ruined my plans for an event I was supposed to attend. The delivery time was far from what I expected from a high-end brand.Secondly, one of the dresses didn’t fit, and returning it turned out to be a nightmare. I had to pay 53 Euros just to send it back, which is an outrageous amount. The process of arranging a courier and dealing with customs was incredibly time-consuming and stressful.Overall, the service I received was horrible. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Due to this unacceptable service, I will never order from Self-Portrait again, and I will make sure to let everyone know about the poor service I received.Save yourself the trouble and avoid shopping with Self-Portrait. There are plenty of other brands out there that offer much better customer service and a more reliable shopping experience.
