I placed an order from Self-Portrait, it was the first time I got something directly from their site and not from a third party. Unfortunately the dress was way too big and I had to exchange it for a smaller one. Their customer service is very good, they are fast and polite but I think that it is unacceptable the fact that they do not offer free return/exchanges for orders placed outside the UK. I had to pay 130€ more to send the dress from Greece back to the UK. I only hope that the new size I am waiting will be right or else I will have lost much money without having bought anything. They should definitely fix this. Many UK websites have found a solution and so should Self-Portrait.
