Have bought so many items from them in the past but the customer service is shocking. I bought a dress last summer and wore it once. I went to wear it again as the weather has gotten nicer and the straps broke. Poor workmanship. They basically told me to f off, no offer to pay for repair or anything. Absolute joke of a company.They replied to state it was 9months ago. I made no attempt to hide the timelines. It was purchased in Aug for a wedding. It wasnt warm enough to wear spaghetti strapped dresses in the winter unfortunately and it came back out in the Spring. Still only two wears. Aside from this, you DID in fact tell me to go away and offered nothing to help repair or replace. Dont lie about things that are easily proveable. Appreciate it doesnt take a ton of intelligence to work in retail however let me enlighten you.. if it doesnt last two wears, there is a manufacturing fault. Self Portrait are the store who found one basic design and copied it for 15years. Spring/Summer 2008 is the same as S/S 2022. You’re one step up from Zara, dont get ideas above your station.
