I ordered a dress online which turned out to be a little bit large - so I had to go through the process to return it (its a shame they dont accept in store returns and their return window is so short)I ordered the smaller size but it turns out it was a flaw in their website that doesnt reflect the warehouse, and they were actually out of that size! I was kind of OK with the previous slightly larger size and was considering just getting it altered, but after this bad experience, not sure I want to bother re-ordering for a 3rd time, while I am also still waiting to be refunded.This dress was also not even available to try on in the flagship store which is meant to be the largest store. everytime i have gone to the store to at least try something on live, since their website is terrible, they never have it in store....You need to improve your customer experience.
