Hello.Looking at all these comments (60% of which with a 1* review), I’m starting to be very concerned.I actually like the brand as I have bought 3 dresses over the past 12 months.I’ve however returned 2 items last months as they were tops and I couldn’t actually even close them. 1 of the item hasn’t been refunded and is ‘under review’ as the brand claims it has a smell of perfume. I’ve expressed it’s impossible that it can be the result of me wearing it as i didn’t even zip the top on me.My refund has now been withheld for 2 weeks, I’ve never experienced anything similar with any other brand and this is clearly poor customer service. I’m hoping this gets solved ASAP.
