After numerous emails, I was only informed that my return is currently being 'inspected,' despite the company stating that refunds are processed within 14 days. This policy is clearly not being adhered to. Additionally, I had to cover €30 out of my own pocket to return the item—this is the first time I've encountered a brand that requires me to initiate a return and pay such a steep return fee upfront. While I appreciate the products, I will only buy them in the future through reliable retailers who demonstrate professionalism and trustworthiness. I recommend avoiding the official site and opting for other multibrand stores instead.
