I have had Self for a year now and they have really helped me pull my credit score up. Been great!But, I didn't appreciate it when I moved and changed my address with the bank (thought I was updated with Self too) and my monthly subcription and payments were not going through properly.I paid manually to stay currrent. I finally figured this out for myself and I believe I have fixed the problem, we'll see.I have sent many emails asking for help, that have been ignored. I still have them.No one had a solution. All I got was "we can delete your account and start all over". Great idea! HaHa!!No one even really tried to help, just stopped reporting payments because they couldn't get their money from the same account I have had for years easily.No notice that they had stopped reporting payments either.Problem solving seem to be a thing of the past.Not impressed with the service department.I'll be glad when the second year is over and I'm done with this.Sincerely,Liz Nichols775-560-7321
