The only communication I received was a generic email on the 23rd, mentioning their print-on-demand process and that delays can occur due to high demand. However, the items I ordered didn't require any printing. I've reached out multiple times but received no response. While they emphasize 'kindness,' it's clear that competence is also necessary.
