I was very frustrated at first and honestly worried after seeing the delays.My order was dispatched late and won’t arrive in time for Christmas, which was disappointing. That said, once communication came through, I could see this wasn’t a scam and just a business that got completely swamped. I decided not to cancel as the items were for myself, and I’m okay waiting now that I understand what happened

I ordered around the same time (mid Dec) as a lot of the negative reviews and honestly got worried reading them while I was waiting.

My order did take longer and replies were slow, but it eventually arrived and the quality was actually really good.

It felt like a brand that got absolutely slammed, not anything dodgy. I’m still happy I ordered and would try them again when things calm down

Still waiting for my order placed on December 15th

I placed an order for a grounding mat and grounding sheet on December 15th, and they have yet to arrive. The only communication I received was a generic email on the 23rd, mentioning their print-on-demand process and that delays can occur due to high demand. However, the items I ordered didn't require any printing. I've reached out multiple times but received no response. While they emphasize 'kindness,' it's clear that competence is also necessary.

Delivery took over a month

It took just over a month from the order date (1 Dec 25) to receive a single T-shirt (9 Jan 26). The inquiry emails were very disappointing. I reside in Melbourne, while the business is supposedly located in Brisbane. I noticed the same product advertised elsewhere for a much lower price, which made me question if they are sourcing from overseas cheaply and then marking up the price significantly, plus adding shipping costs. This could explain the lengthy delivery time.

Disappointing Experience with Delayed Delivery

I placed my order on December 1st and didn't receive it until the first week of January. I ordered two T-shirts, but one was cancelled without any communication from the seller. Upon opening the shirt, I was very dissatisfied with its quality; it's quite thin and not worth the price I paid. I had noticed the same shirt available on other platforms but chose to pay more to support a local business. I won't make that choice again.

Disappointing Experience with Delayed Delivery

I ordered a T-shirt on November 27. It was scheduled for delivery on December 22, but it only arrived on December 26. I have seen numerous responses from the service regarding complaints, which display a clear lack of self-awareness. Their single response to my inquiry about the package was completely unsatisfactory. Upon finally receiving it, I discovered that the label on the shirt had been poorly cut off. Why was it removed? Taking orders locally while outsourcing carries significant timeline risks. We will not be purchasing from this service again.

Avoid at all costs. They are utterly unreliable. I placed my order and made the payment on December 2. Today is December 23, and I have received nothing. I reached out once but got no reply. I followed up again today and received an automated message stating they are facing high demand and that there is a 5-7 day delay just to get back to me. AVOID THIS SERVICE. I hope they are enjoying the holiday season while leaving customers in the lurch.

Stay away from this service. There has been no reply to my inquiries regarding delivery time, and it appears that my child's Christmas T-shirt will not arrive on time, despite placing the order over a month ago. I regret not checking the reviews before making my purchase.

Extremely disappointed with the service

I made an order on the 3rd of December for a Christmas gift, expecting it to arrive on time. Now it’s the 18th, and the status still shows that the order is just placed. I have reached out to the support team multiple times without receiving any response. Very frustrating experience.

Disappointing experience with my order

I placed an order for two T-shirts on 28 November. I reached out via email on 14 December to inquire about their arrival. After receiving no reply, I followed up on the 15th and again on the 17th, but still got no response. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand! This is a terrible way to operate a business.
