Excellent customer care. I have had to reach out to them for a machine replacement and they replied within a matter of minutes and sent a replacement machine the next day! The only reason I am giving a 4 not a 5 is that, unfortunately, I got two faulty machines before they sent me one that was in good working order. But very impressed by their responsiveness nontheless.
