They sent just half of it, missing the humidifier, hose, mask, water tank, and other components that were specifically mentioned for this model. The listing needs to be updated. I will be returning the machine immediately.

I canceled my order within an hour because I was informed that an air mattress was being provided. It took three weeks to receive my refund, as they processed the payment via e-check. They took the money out of my account instantly, but I had to wait three weeks for the refund despite canceling before the order was completed. They then deducted the amount again, leading my bank to block them, and they claimed it was my bank's fault. I would not use this service again.

Although the refund process was slower than anticipated at the bank level, the company kept in touch and monitored the situation. After 17 days, the refund finally came through. I appreciate their understanding during this time.
