Received an incomplete machine.

I received only part of the machine. The listing for the CPAP machine clearly specifies what should be included with every unit. They sent just half of it, missing the humidifier, hose, mask, water tank, and other components that were specifically mentioned for this model. The listing needs to be updated. I will be returning the machine immediately.

Issues with order cancellation

I canceled my order within an hour because I was informed that an air mattress was being provided. It took three weeks to receive my refund, as they processed the payment via e-check. They took the money out of my account instantly, but I had to wait three weeks for the refund despite canceling before the order was completed. They then deducted the amount again, leading my bank to block them, and they claimed it was my bank's fault. I would not use this service again.

Outstanding service.

I received a damaged CPAP machine, which was making a whistling noise due to a motor issue. After I provided a video showing the problem, they offered to send me a replacement at no cost, and I didn't even have to return the damaged unit.

Good communication on refund process

The bladder scanner I received was non-functional. The company offered to either replace it or issue a refund. I chose the refund option. Although the refund process was slower than anticipated at the bank level, the company kept in touch and monitored the situation. After 17 days, the refund finally came through. I appreciate their understanding during this time.
