The dress was delivered very quickly. For $400, the quality was surprisingly bad. The zipper would not zip up and the material was extremely uncomfortable. Their return process is also extremely poor for a brand of their caliber. I returned the dress immediately after I received it and it has been a week and a half since I received an email from them saying they received the return. Provided they do say that returns take from 5 - 10 business days to process. That is still ridiculously long as most other major brands process returns and refunds within a couple days of receiving the returned item. Very disappointing and will not be purchasing in the future.
