While I absolutely love the dress, the process in trying to exchange the dress for one size up has been very disappointing. I have emailed them 3 times. The portal they send me to, does not let me submit my exchange. I finally texted the customer service number( they don’t take calls) and was told I could not submit my exchange. But yet again, it does not work. For purchasing a dress for $250, I would expect the customer service to be much better. Again, I love the dress and would have bought more, but because of the customer service, I don’t think I will. I bought the dress beginning on march. It’s the end of march and still have no resolution on how to exchange the dress.
