So they gave me valuation that was agreed, which is why they are getting 2 stars. Other than that, it’s a disaster. I’ve never known anything as slow. From them receiving my phones to payment was one month. Once they process your phone they will tell you it is 7-14 working days for payment. That will come and go with nothing. You will then receive a message that the money will be in your account by a certain date and time, which seems to be another 7 days on top. One month to complete a sale isn’t a suitable time frame in my opinion. If you have a phone with them, you will probably get your money, eventually. If you aren’t in a rush, then maybe it’s worth considering them, other than that, use Mazuma, at least they pay the same day
