Scammers: What an incredible company not many businesses manage to combine false promises, vanishing payments, and spectacularly bad customer service into one seamless experience.Sent my iPhone off 5–6 weeks ago after being quoted £160. Impressively, this was reduced to £90 due to the “condition” which apparently means “a single tiny scratch that we already knew about but will pretend is shocking new information.”Since then, I’ve called three times and each time been told I’ll be paid “next week.” At this stage, I can only assume their business operates on a revolutionary new calendar system where weeks don’t actually happen.Called again today and spoke to someone whose attitude suggested that me expecting payment for my own phone was a wildly unreasonable request (can you say small D**k energy). Truly groundbreaking approach to customer service.Reading other reviews, it’s reassuring to see this isn’t just my experience consistency is clearly very important to them.So if you’re looking to donate your phone, lose your money, and be lied to with confidence, this is the perfect place.Otherwise, I’d recommend literally any alternative including keeping your phone and throwing it into the sea, as you’d at least save yourself the phone calls
