I would honestly advise anyone not to use them, they offer you a top price, I was offered £130 for my iPhone 11, that has had a glass screen protector on from day one and also never been out of a leather flip phone case, when they received my iPhone, I got a email saying it was scratched and offered me £52 , so I rejected the offer and asked for it to be returned, a couple of days later I got another email saying they had reviewed my phone and offered me £72 which I refused, now I can’t login to my account because it’s saying my password is invalid, even though I have saved and wrote my password down, and when you call there customer support they don’t answer, , so I’ve sent a couple more emails and If I don’t get a reply I will report them to trading standards,
