DO NOT USE!!!Awful experience. Sent phone off on 03/02, they took over a week to get back to me with an offer. £200 less than what was offered due to minor scratch on screen. Originally declined offer for phone to back to me. They then came back with counter offer which was £40 more. To save the faff I accepted on 11/02 and said it would be in my bank account 3-5 working days. Had to chase this on 3 separate occasions, with advisors lying that it had been passed to the finance team and would be in my account by close of play Monday, then yesterday and after a final call today it has arrived in my bank! Two and a half weeks after they received my phone. Would not recommend!!
