Wish I'd read the reviews earlier!Their valuation gives certain criteria, all of which indicated my S22+ was 'good' condition (~£180). The criteria for 'poor' (~£75) includes scratched screen/ power issues - fairly fundamental defects. Upon inspection they've offered me £85.Admittedly other services probably operate in a similar way but the whole set up is borderlining on a scam. I'm not saying it is a scam, but 'customers' would have a right to feel scammed, based on the criteria for 'good' 'poor' and 'faulty' handsets.
