My wife and I enquired about seller circle after seeing Jake and his team on multiple social media platforms. Once we made the enquiry we was contacted by a member of the team called Chris. He was very persistent and told us the steps we needed to take and we signed up thinking we would get all the help we needed and if it didn’t work we was told we would get our money back…. Turns out once you sign up to the course the system is outdated by about 3 years and they never check in on you, offer no help and no leads. You can’t get hold of them and they don’t respond! Con artists and not even ashamed of it! Seller circle is the biggest waste of time and money you can find. If they was truly making so much money on Amazon why are they flooding social media with their sales platform. I wish we’d figured it out sooner! If any ones reading this then trust me, stay away from them!!!
Sold course for 2k - Seller Circle Wholesale. Paid monthly - and went on my credit file (they said it would not)Watch a few videos thought handy. Discord awful - never worked and not one hot product lead. Sent messages, no replies. Tried again, then site changed - to WHOP - nothing on the page, even worse. Videos a digital product yes, but not watched, not accessed and awful customer service. Also noted some fake trust pilot reviews for sure early on. I liked JAKE but the rest I felt were just not professional. I feel very let down and no need my money back - ive NO ACCESS ! I will be reporting and claiming funds back. DATES joined 2024.
Seller Circle has been a very valuable community for me. Before joining, I was struggling on my own and it was very difficult to get started.The community constantly shares leads and guides you all the way to start your Amazon business the right way.Special thanks to Lew, who helped me a lot when I was starting. He took the time to answer my questions and guide me in the right direction. His support has made a big difference for me.What I like most is being surrounded by people who are already where I want to be. Seeing their results and learning from their experience is very motivating.
I joined the SellerCircle wholesale mentorship in July 2025 and paid £2,495. While the course materials themselves contain some useful information, my experience was very different from what I expected when purchasing what was advertised as a mentorship.In reality, the majority of the programme consists of pre-recorded training videos rather than structured mentorship. The ongoing guidance that was promoted before joining simply hasn’t matched the reality.Weekly calls were advertised as a regular opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance. In practice these calls have been very inconsistent and often cancelled. The last one I attended was in January, which does not reflect the frequency that was originally promoted.Support in the Discord community has also been slow and inconsistent. Many members regularly raise concerns about response times and the level of support provided. I have personally seen pages of complaints in the general chat about slow responses and lack of support.Another issue for me personally was that part of the training encourages sellers not to disclose that they sell on Amazon when approaching wholesalers. That raised ethical concerns for me that were not disclosed before joining.The biggest issue, however, is the price. There is simply no way to justify a £2,495 price tag for what is effectively a course with Discord support. There are many other mentorship programmes in the Amazon space that provide far more hands-on guidance and structure for significantly less money.To be fair, I did learn some things from the course material. However, the mentorship, guidance and level of support that were major selling points for me were not delivered in the way they were presented before purchase.I contacted SellerCircle directly to request a partial refund, acknowledging that I did receive some value from the training material. My request was declined. Definitely avoid this group.
I have just completed my 12-month payment plan totaling £1,495 for the Wholesale Training, plus £400 for the RA/OA & A2A Lifetime access.The Positives: The RA/OA side of the business has provided genuine value and played a big part in getting my FBA business to where it is today. I also found Lew to be a constant and helpful presence throughout the first 12 months, which was appreciated.The Negatives: The "Wholesale" side felt like it was in permanent "shotgun mode"—broad info but little depth. Most importantly, despite the premium price, I didn’t receive a single 1-on-1 call, workshop, or check-in as promised.Since moving to the Whop platform, it has become clear the focus is now on an automated numbers game rather than student success. It feels like a revenue grab where the "face" of the brand is absent and the promised mentorship has been replaced by an automated subscription system. If you are looking for actual 1-on-1 support, be aware that it may not be delivered.
Please avoid! Too many people getting scammed by seller circle promising 1-1 support after paying for courses. Their wholesale course just teaches you to lie to direct brands by not mentioning you sell on Amazon. Did not benefit me in any way. Clear signs that owner Jake has also left SC no messages or YouTube videos in over 2 months. I even asked in group and got no response from any owners. They promise money back if not satisfied but that’s a lie! Not a single person I’ve taught has said they were satisfied with seller circle wholesale course. They won’t last much longer now
I am extremely disappointed with Seller Circle. There is no follow up with new stater, no onboarding calls support, 1:1 call support as promised in the beginning. I spent £1000 on the course and it has not been worth it.You raise a ticket for help and there is no one to help you on the Discord app, or they take three weeks to get back to you after several prompting.It's not good enough. People have worked so hard or saved ro pay for rhe course then to be left alone, not follow through with the agreed service
