Thought of availing their services to increase my sales, as they apparently specialize in Amazon Ads, and boy, was I wrong. Here is my journey:1. Paid them their fee +GST for 3 months, and they promised that they would drive up sales, organic ranking, etc. It's been more than 3 months, and my sales are at an all-time low. Not only this, but any metric that can be used to judge impact on the account is at an all-time low.2. Tried reaching out to them multiple times in the last few weeks to issue a refund, but all they said was that they are assigning a higher-level account manager who has 20+ years of Amazon experience. Somehow, my sales dropped even more after the new manager was assigned to my account.3. Their lack of communication is also an absolute joke. They sent me so many reminders for payment on time, and as soon as I sent the money to them, they ghosted my account. I would get one reply from them in probably a week. Most times more. I should have taken the time to check their official Instagram account because multiple people have reported a negative experience with them. They have even disabled comments on their IG page because they must have gotten too many negative reviews.I will be contacting my lawyer to see if it is feasible for me to spend time and resources to get my money back. In the meantime, I would recommend all potential Amazon sellers to STAY AWAY from this scam operation.
Seller Geni touted by themselves to be Amazon's best AI driven sales boost platform is a total fraud entity and an absolute failure as far as your Amazon sales boost is concerned. The frauds charged an huge amount of 96K for their so called 'Services' of 1 yr campaign management with repeated assurances of boosting sales multiple times even without enhancing our ad campaign cost on Amazon.in But when sales started dropping instead of scaling up they kept asking for some more time and insisted that at least 3 months is what it takes to scale up the sales. But even after 3 months they were an absolute failure as our sales were dropping consistently instead of going up. When we asked to refund the fee charged after deducting for their 3 months' services there was no positive gesture at all and stopped responding to our emails.BOTTOMLINE IS WHATEVER YOU DO TO INCREASE YOUR AMAZON.IN SALES - JUST DON'T FALL PREY TO THESE FRAUDS as after these 3 months when we worked on our account ourselves sales started picking up gradually and consistently.BEWARE OF THE FRAUDS CALLED SELLERGENI.COM
