I don't often give reviews, but this one I felt was absolutely warranted. To start and to be completely transparent we had a lot of technical difficulties trying to remedy an inaccuracy in the reported sales numbers between my store and sellers funding. This inaccuracy prevented us from starting the daily advance and help my businesses cash flow. This was a unique situation as my account had been connected about a year prior, then disconnected and now reconnected, so needless to say this was not a common issue. All that said, had I been dealing with the tech team directly, or the supervising staff I'm not confident that the issue would have ever been resolved, but this 5 star review is solely because I had Pedro in my corner. He's one of the account managers at SellersFunding, and regardless of all the issues we faced he continued to keep me updated almost daily, and be my advocate internally to make sure the matter was taken care of. It's incredibly rare in a company nowadays to have someone on the inside truly looking out for you, advocating for you, and fighting for you and the fact that the sellers funding team has people like Pedro is why I will continue to do business with them. I look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship for a long time to come.
