I entered into what was marketed as a Line of Credit (LOC) through my Amazon seller account with SellersFi. Unfortunately, my experience suggests the product does not operate as a true LOC, and I believe the advertising may be misleading—something I hope both SellersFi and Amazon take seriously.In my case, I have made multiple requests (currently on day 4) to pay off the remaining balance and close the account. However, there appears to be no immediate or self-service mechanism to do this online, as one would expect from a revolving credit product. Instead, I’ve been required to engage in a prolonged back-and-forth via phone and email, which has taken time away from running my business.I’m posting this in the hope that SellersFi will address this matter promptly, provide a clear and immediate path for account closure, and improve transparency and functionality for future users. Resolution was reached. TY.

today is 4/8 and i filled out the online 2 weeks ago for the Amazon working capital, still shows "under review". I call them asking them kindly a status and they said the manager on my account will have an answer today, then 4 days go by with nothing. I call them again and he manager is not available but hell update me today or tomorrow....What ????
