I invested a lot of time and effort into scanning, packaging, and shipping my books, believing I had received a fair offer, only to be paid two-thirds of that amount. There was no explanation, and the books were used but in excellent condition. I'm very disappointed! This was my first experience with this service, and I certainly won't use or recommend them again.
