Despite some technical issues, I appreciate the effort of the representative who consistently tries to resolve problems promptly. It's great that there's phone support available, unlike some other similar services. As a pensioner who's not very tech-savvy, I found the explanations helpful. I would have rated a 5, but the courier seems to lose parcels occasionally, and tracking is challenging since they stopped providing paper receipts. Nonetheless, I've had 96% success with my orders, and I use the money to support local causes, so it's rewarding.
I invested a lot of time and effort into scanning, packaging, and shipping my books, believing I had received a fair offer, only to be paid two-thirds of that amount. There was no explanation, and the books were used but in excellent condition. I'm very disappointed! This was my first experience with this service, and I certainly won't use or recommend them again.
