Sometimes you don’t know how good a company is until it doesn’t go smoothly. But when I couldn’t get the finger prick test to work, they were really supportive and sorted me out with a Tasso instead, which I 100% recommend for anyone who’s ever struggled with blood tests. A shout out to Tom for fantastic customer service. Also when I did finally get the report through, it was really nicely designed and easy to read. I now know why I’m tired all the time and how to fix it, I couldn’t be happier.
