I am very impressed with the service from Selph. I posted my sample on 16th and had an email to confirm that it had arrived and was being processed. At 9pm on 17th the results arrived via email. It was the first time I had used Selph and I would not hesitate to use them again.
Honestly I don't think these tests are done by a human especially the microscope. Iv been passing something for 6 months. Test said negative under microscope but if a human had looked I'd expect a comment as to what they saw under microscope not just negative.

Sometimes you don’t know how good a company is until it doesn’t go smoothly. But when I couldn’t get the finger prick test to work, they were really supportive and sorted me out with a Tasso instead, which I 100% recommend for anyone who’s ever struggled with blood tests. A shout out to Tom for fantastic customer service. Also when I did finally get the report through, it was really nicely designed and easy to read. I now know why I’m tired all the time and how to fix it, I couldn’t be happier.
Having been impressed with the amount and speed of communication when I ordered the test I wanted, that has been increased even more by the service I have received since. The test arrived within 24 hours, well packaged, and with very clear instructions. When I had done everything required and posted it back, the results too, plus a doctor's report were sent to me within 24 hours. I have been very reassured by this organisation and will have no qualms about using it again in future when/if I need a medical test swiftly.
Very impressed with the whole experience. Kit arrived quickly with extremely clear instructions. Returned the kit on a Thursday morning, then received an email on the Friday to confirm receipt. Received the results the following day which were presented very clearly. My only issue is trying to get blood from my fingertips which I have always struggled with, even when following the instructions. I would recommend Selph and would use again myself.
