Worst ever! Booked last night with wrong dates and less than 12 hours contacted them for help to change dates. And they say you have to pay a fee for any help with this I paid the fee and was told nope we can’t do anything. Contacted pegasus airlines that tell me no the travel agency has to do so. And that they permitt change with a fee payment. Contacted sembo again and they keep saying the same. And sending us back and forth. Never again sembo!
