One of the worst travel agencies, There is not rebooking, refund or any tax back from this Sembo. I have traveled alot but never experience so bad service from them, even i paid extra permium service and thats useless.
Is literally like a scam. Be aware guys.

Worst ever! Booked last night with wrong dates and less than 12 hours contacted them for help to change dates. And they say you have to pay a fee for any help with this I paid the fee and was told nope we can’t do anything. Contacted pegasus airlines that tell me no the travel agency has to do so. And that they permitt change with a fee payment. Contacted sembo again and they keep saying the same. And sending us back and forth. Never again sembo!
Sembo really surprised me in a good way . I entered the wrong name and expected to hear that nothing could be done and that I would have to buy a new tickets, but they actually helped me fix it. It did cost something, but it was still cheaper than buying new tickets, so it felt like a relief.
They don't deliver the services they offer, they stop collaborating with airlines without prior notice, they only refund money if you call repeatedly, they don't answer emails, they scam people. I don't recommend buying through them. When you call, they save your number and then never answer because they know it's to demand they fulfill the promised services. Yes but you forgot to said, i didnt ask to get money back, i paid a insurance with you to change dates and one month before i call and you told me we can change dates 3 days before the flight , but when i call 2 weeks later you stop colaboration with the airline with out let know to the custumers … thats still money, you refund the money from the insurance after 2 weeks and because i call, you didnt answer the mail in 9 days and the company save my phone number to dont answer never again…
The service provided by Andrea was excellent. Even SEMBO has some tricky ways to make you pay ( service package ) to be able to arrange changes or requests in your booking, she was lovely and very helpful. So far I am NOT disappointed with the extra charge but f the service package as it came handy when I requested to add a pet in cabin, which surprisingly was cheaper than the airline fares. Thank you very much to Andrea!
